Project Management & Contractor Services Key services Property Maintenance - We undertake all aspects of property maintenance from electrical works, joinery, plumbing and heating, ground works, to roof repairs and gutter cleaning. Property Management - We can facilitate and manage domestic and non-domestic properties, providing a full and proficient service to our clients and their tenants. Drainage Works - Septic tanks and soakaways, ditching works, field drainage, gully emptying, manhole construction, sewer testing. Foul and surface water sewer repairs and new installations. Sewer CCTV Surveys and Reports - 120m full colour sewer inspection system, flash card recording can do sewers up to 225mm diameter in any location. Full report, recommendation and client specified DVD on each survey. Flood / Storm Damage - Restoration of premises after damage, initial taking down works, clean up of debris and installation of any interim measures such as dehumidifiers & space heaters. Space Heaters – For industrial buildings or marquees for weddings, we can heat it. Water Mains – Installation of private and public water mains and associated components. DOMS Registered. Hire of portaloos and waste disposal – we will deliver portaloos to any site or venue and provide full cleaning service. Water & Wastewater Lecturing – training sessions and structured coursework, HNC Water Resources & Management. Boat Hire & ATV Hire – see Highland RIB Survey RIB, fully coded and MCA compliant. Honda ATV’s for survey works, all terrain trailers, GPS systems, Lecia Lazer Levels, mpy levels for survey work. Gritting & Snow Clearing – we have a salt spreader unit / gritter, ideal for car parks, pathways and driveways. We have an ATV with snow plough and JCB for large snow clearing if required. Health & Safety – preparation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, H&S Files and Documentation. Workforce – Clean, tidy and courteous workforce. All work and contractors will comply with relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures and local Authority guidelines.
